In short
- Essential cookies make the site and your order work: they are always on.
- Statistics and third-party content (such as the map) are switched on only if you say yes.
- “Reject” is as easy as “Accept”: same banner, same weight.
- If you close or ignore the banner, only essential cookies stay on.
- You can change your mind whenever you like, even now: .

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser to remember something: for example your cookie choice or your cart. There are similar technologies too, such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage): on this page we treat them the same way.
“First-party” cookies are set by our site; “third-party” cookies are set by another service on the page, such as Google Maps.
The categories we use
Essential (always on)
They make the site work: they remember your cookie choice, your cart and restaurant, and protect the forms and the payment. By law they do not need consent.
Statistics (only with consent)
Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, tells us which pages work and where an order gets stuck. No name, email or phone reaches Google.
Marketing and third-party content (only with consent)
Unlocks content from other services, such as the Google map of our restaurants, and campaign measurement. Today the site shows no personalised advertising. If we add new tools in the future, we will update this page and ask for your consent again.

How you give or refuse consent
On your first visit a banner appears with three buttons: Accept, Reject and Preferences. Preferences lets you choose category by category. Until you choose, no statistics or third-party cookies are loaded.
We remember your choice for 6 months. After that, or if the services we use change, we ask you again.
For the map alone you can also tap “Show map”: it applies to that visit and does not switch on statistics.
Changing your preferences
You can change your mind whenever you like: use the button below or the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page.
If you withdraw consent to statistics, we immediately delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.
Browser settings
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the essential ones, the cart and ordering may not work.
