Bari doesn’t go to bed early. After the cinema, after the match, after an evening out or a shift that finished late, hunger shows up anyway, with a very specific request: something hot, tasty and quick. That is exactly what kebab was made for. In this guide we tell you where to eat kebab in Bari at night, what to order and how to pick the right sauce.
What you want, at that hour
At midnight you don’t feel like waiting and you don’t feel like compromising. You want warm bread, meat sliced off the spit, crunchy veg and a sauce that makes the difference. You also want a place you can walk into easily: lights on, the counter in view, someone who asks “how do you want it?” and makes it in front of you.
That’s why our restaurants in Bari stay open until late at night. Exact hours change from one restaurant to another and on public holidays: each restaurant’s page shows the up-to-date hours and tells you at a glance whether it is open right now, so have a look before you head out.

Three addresses in Bari
Kebabberia has three restaurants in the city, and each has its own character.
- Kebabberia Bari – Unità d’Italia, at Viale Unità d’Italia 71 (70124 Bari): the lit sign on the street is easy to spot, even late at night.
- Kebabberia Bari – Campus, at Via Gioacchino Toma 95 (70125 Bari): it has a terrace with tables, perfect for taking your time on a good evening.
- Kebabberia Bari – Ateneo, at Via Raffaele De Cesare 11 (70122 Bari): the dining room with the blue wall and the counter with the big K, for those who like to sit down.

What to order after midnight
If it’s your first time, start with the Original. The Pita Media is warm and soft, with chicken or beef, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, sweetcorn, carrots and fries: you take it like that and finish it with the sauce you like.
Hungrier? The Pita Grande is the most generous version, while the Large Kebab Plate is for anyone who wants to sit down and eat with a fork, no bread. If there are two of you, the Kebab Box shares well. And if tonight is a meat-free night, the Vegetarian Pita with falafel and the falafel tray are the answer.
The six sauces, in two lines
The sauce changes everything, and we have six:
- KB Special Sauce: the house sauce, creamy and spiced.
- Hot Sauce: chilli and vinegar, for anyone who wants a little fire.
- Curry Sauce: creamy and golden, with the warm scent of spices.
- BBQ Sauce: sweet and smoky, the taste of the grill.
- Cheese Sauce: melted cheese, soft and comforting.
- Kebab Sauce: the garlic yoghurt of a classic kebab, fresh and light.
A tip from the counter: if you don’t know where to start, go for the Kebab Sauce and add a touch of Hot. By your second visit you’ll know exactly what you want.
How it works, in practice
Online ordering isn’t active yet: for now you can call the restaurant (the number is on its page) or walk straight up to the counter. Have a look at the menu before you leave, so you already know what to ask for.
If you have an allergy or an intolerance, read the allergens page: for every product and every sauce you’ll find indicative information, and the usual rule applies: always ask the staff before ordering. The nutrition values are there too, per portion.
